Crowsnest Services is involved in three main areas:

1. Servicing and repair of laboratory analytical equipment.
2. Customer and student chromatography training.
3. Acquisition ,refurbishment, and resale of second-hand laboratory equipment.

Crowsnest services is a small independent service company.

Founded in 2005 we are specialists with ion chromatography equipment, with over 30 years experience in this field. 

We also are experienced with a variety of other analytical equipment including GC's and HPLC's.

We never consider equipment is obsolete, if it continues to do a job well and safely. It may surprise you to learn, that unlike newer equipment, older equipment is often more "repairable" and as a consequence, cheaper to fix.

If you have ever tried to have equipment repaired, or serviced, only to be told that it's

"obsolete" or "uneconomic" to repair or perhaps that

"they don't make parts for that model any more"?

This is where we can help.

We can often repair or service equipment that the original manufacturers or other service organisations,regard as uneconomic.

It is also worth pointing out that we can also repair and service newer equipment too.

Our computer expertise includes upgrades, data recovery, data sharing, and archiving; and we having a good working knowledge of outdated operating systems that many IT structures don't support.

Customer training can be provided for a variety of equipment, but mainly it's provided on ion chromatography.

Often training has accompanied sales of equipment and we also offer and have carried out training for schools and colleges too, as part of further education, at A level and degree level syllabuses
